This full time, permanent position based at Vancity's head office focuses on operationalizing the Enterprise Data Quality Management Program. You will work closely with technology, compliance, and other teams to enhance enterprise data governance. Your role will encompass defining frameworks, monitoring practices, and ensuring audit readiness through effective controls.

Key Responsibilities:



• Establish and improve data quality frameworks in the organization • Collaborate with Data Stewards and Owners on data validation • Develop KPIs and data quality dashboards for reporting • Monitor data quality trends, risks, and improvement activities • Lead development of data lineage practices for transparency

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in data governance • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Databricks • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
