WestUrban Developments Ltd. in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a part-time Property Services Assistant to support leasing, admin, cleaning and maintenance coordination for our rental properties under the Property Manager. The ideal candidate enjoys a rapid-paced environment, has 1–3 years in multi-residential property management, and is flexible for Sundays and long weekends; occasional travel to Duncan may be required. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
