This position reports to the Director of Facilities & Production, coordinating orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing supplies. You'll oversee training for printers, facilitate effective communication, and ensure adherence to safety practices. Your dedication to high-quality outputs will be vital in achieving customer satisfaction and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and adjust screen printing equipment for production • Verify material availability based on order requirements • Train printers on department procedures for consistency • Maintain supplies inventory and conduct routine equipment maintenance • Resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements: • Excellent problem-solving and computer skills • Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Solid communication and networking abilities • Experience in press-transfers considered an asset
