This role requires expertise in welding engineering and materials science. Candidates should be organized, solutions-focused, and ready to drive project success. The position includes responsibilities such as conducting microstructure analyses, optimizing welding processes, and supporting technicians in programming and machine setups.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance of welding fabrications with standards • Develop and optimize robotic welding programs • Provide technical support in project execution • Collaborate with teams and customers on welding procedures • Assist in metallurgical sample preparation and analysis

Requirements: • Degree in welding, mechanical, or materials engineering • Interest and experience in welding metallurgy • Knowledge of welding processes and quality control • Understanding of titanium and nickel-based alloys • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
