Dillon is looking for an Intermediate Coastal Engineer/Designer committed to excellence in coastal engineering. You will guide teams on projects related to coastal erosion, flooding assessments, and more while nurturing the development of junior staff. This position requires robust problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to ensure the successful execution of multidisciplinary coastal projects.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage and design coastal engineering projects • Oversee hydrotechnical assessments for coastal infrastructure • Mentor and support junior staff in their professional growth • Liaise with clients and project teams for project clarity • Process and document design elements for client review

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field • 4 to 7 years of work experience in consulting • Skills in Matlab or Python for modeling tasks • Background in coastal hydrodynamic modeling tools • P.Eng. eligibility or registration is a plus
