As an Intake Specialist, your key responsibilities include conducting client assessments, maintaining client records, and facilitating comprehensive referrals. You'll exhibit robust interpersonal skills while managing client intake both in-person and online, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments to determine client eligibility for programs • Provide information services via phone, email,
and in person • Assist in arranging transportation and support services • Maintain confidential client records and adherence to policies • Participate in team meetings and share client success stories
Requirements: • Certificate in Social Work or related field required • 1+ years of experience in client intake or settlement services • Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed • First Aid Level 1 certification required
