The

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

providesprofessional therapeutic massage therapy treatments within their scope ofpractice, competence, and applicable professional requirements. The RMT isresponsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful individualizedtreatment experience while maintaining exceptional standards for consultation,consent, privacy, documentation, sanitation, and guest care. Key Responsibilities

Treatment & Professional Practice

Conduct guest consultations and assessindividual treatment needs in reference to relevant health information,contraindications, preferences, and areas requiring modification. Obtain informed consent and explain theproposed treatment, draping, pressure, positioning, and relevant expectations. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortabletreatment environment, and adapting to guest preferences. Complete treatment documentation accurately andsecurely according to applicable skilled and property requirements. Guest Experience& Collaboration

Educate guests on general self-care ortreatment recommendations within a professional scope without makingunsupported claims. Recommend appropriate future treatments orretail products when relevant to guest needs and within professionalboundaries.



Coordinate respectfully with Guest Services,Spa Reception, Housekeeping, and other service providers while protectingconfidential information. Safety, Ethics& Compliance

Maintain all required professional credentials,insurance, continuing education, and certifications. Follow infection prevention, incidentreporting, emergency, privacy, consent, and occupational safety procedures. Maintain treatment-room readiness, sanitation,linen standards, and equipment care between guests. Always maintain strict professional boundariesand confidentiality, and immediately report any safety, ethical, orguest-conduct concerns through established channels. Qualifications

Graduateof an accredited massage therapy program. RegisteredMassage Therapist in good standing with the applicable Saskatchewan regulatorybody. Currentprofessional liability insurance, as required. Minimum 2years of experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred. CurrentFirst Aid/CPR certification. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Professional,reliable, and guest-focused. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Flexibleavailability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Knowledgeof Saskatchewan tourism and local attractions is considered an asset. Compensation & Benefits
