Starting in January 2027, you’ll engage directly in preparing tax returns for a variety of entities while honing your knowledge of private company accounting. This four-month position presents an opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced professionals and gain practical exposure across industries like cannabis and mining.
Key Responsibilities: • Support tax engagements through software and tools • Compute taxes owing for corporate and personal tax returns • Prepare and review financial statements as part of your training • Develop understanding of Canadian Income Tax Act
Requirements: • Pursuing prerequisites for CPA PEP program • Previous experience in an accounting workplace is a benefit • Customer service or client experience is advantageous • Strong interest in accounting and tax processes
