• Create an inclusive environment for residents and families • Support residents with guidance and connection resources • Organize social events and community activities • Maintain welcoming common areas and front hub • Engage and build relationships through authentic interactions

Requirements: • Diploma in Social Services or related field preferred • Experience in long-term care or community support • Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail • Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
