As a Senior Draftsperson, you will leverage over seven years of detailing experience to produce high-quality shop and erection drawings. Collaborating with project managers and engineers will be essential for ensuring that your output meets all project specifications and industry standards. Your ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using Tekla • Develop fabrication drawings for stairs and platforms • Interpret structural and architectural specifications • Ensure compliance with industry codes and project requirements • Prepare reports and material takeoffs for projects
Requirements: • At least 7 years of structural steel detailing experience • Solid skills in Tekla Structures essential • Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
