Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, you will need 5-10 years’ experience in a relevant fabrication or machine shop. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MIG/TIG/Stick welding, familiarity with tools like the waterjet and press brake, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Promoting a secure workspace in line with established SOPs is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform custom welding and fabrication tasks • Read drawings and documentation for efficient workflow • Improve equipment by implementing design suggestions • Utilize various mechanical equipment during production • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience in welding roles • Ontario Certificate of Qualification in Welding (456A) • Knowledge of food safety standards for welding • Strong leadership and communication abilities • Capable of manual handling and prolonged standing
