Join St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where you will provide vital nursing care and support to patients in a collaborative setting. This role includes shifts on days, nights, and weekends.

As part of the Medicine Resource Team, the LPN will deliver comprehensive practical nursing services while adhering to professional standards and regulations. Sound knowledge of nursing protocols, critical thinking, and independent practice are essential components for success in this in-person role. Candidates with acute nursing experience will excel in contributing to the wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver independent nursing services to designated patients • Administer medical treatments as prescribed by the team • Engage in patient care coordination and discharge planning • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team • Maintain skills and knowledge through ongoing education

Requirements: • Must have graduated from an approved LPN program • Required to have current CLPNM registration • Recent experience in acute nursing settings needed • Proficient in communication and prioritization skills • Ability to manage high-demand patient care situations
