Key Responsibilities: • Understand safety management systems and business structure • Engage stakeholders and promote a robust safety culture • Advise on contractor safety compliance and practices • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and training • Monitor effectiveness of the contractor safety program
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety • 4-7 years of recent safety experience • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRSP) preferred • Proficient in MS Office and safety software • Ability to travel and valid BC driver’s license
