Enhance cultural initiatives with LLRIBHS in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Seeking a highly skilled Cultural Program Manager to lead and evaluate community-focused cultural services and practices.

In this pivotal role, you will provide direction to the Cultural Program Team and ensure compliance with the Community Health Plan. The Cultural Program Manager combines health knowledge with managerial expertise to support the planning and implementation of cultural initiatives. Collaborating with local Elders, you will uphold traditional practices and facilitate effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct and supervise the Cultural Program Team • Ensure cultural standards set by local Elders are met • Establish healthcare goals in collaboration with community staff • Monitor program quality and implement improvements • Participate in strategic planning and management meetings

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Indigenous Studies or related field • At least three years of supervisory experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Robust communication and interpersonal skills • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
