Must-Haves
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst supporting IT projects and initiatives.
Some knowledge and
experience with AI
Strong experience
eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and requirements traceability.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communications.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in a utility, energy, or other regulated environment.
Experience with enterprise applications, data integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
Experience supporting change management and business readiness activities.
