samdesk is seeking an Account Manager to own the ongoing success and growth of a portfolio of customer accounts. You will be the primary contact after onboarding, responsible for expanding revenue through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining solid relationships. This is a remote role within Canada with regular onsite meetings with clients. You will map products to client needs, develop growth plans, and work with Sales and Solutions teams to close expansion deals.
