The P&C; Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full Team Member lifecycle and advancing organizational culture, engagement, and workforce effectiveness. Working closely with leaders across the organization, this position provides expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, wellness, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, health and safety, and HR compliance. The P&C; Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, fostering robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders while helping to create a culture of resident-first service, continuous learning, inclusion, and organizational excellence.
