Availability is required Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings, with a need for reliable transportation for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a resident ambassador to enhance satisfaction • Own the leasing process from start to finish • Process payments and conduct property inspections • Manage resident moves and maintenance requests • Achieve leasing targets through proactive monitoring
Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience in related fields • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
