Exceptional judgment in social, narrative, and creative direction, with enough range to move from strategy to the actual work

The ability to steward one parent brand and several audience brands at once without flattening their identities

A demonstrably high bar for craft and detail, paired with the judgment to ship, learn, and improve

A robust feedback loop: actively seek critique, read audience signals, separate ego from the work, and turn learning into the next iteration

Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with the judgment to make both feel native rather than translated
