This position is ideal for candidates with prior supervisory experience in cementing, who are eager to learn about Magnum's complex units. Essential responsibilities include supervising crews, completing job tickets, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise crews for basic remedial jobs • Operate at least two core equipment pieces • Manage day-to-day cementing operation logistics • Prepare incident reports and end-of-job documentation • Ensure safety standards are upheld during operations

Requirements: • Valid class 1 or class A CDL driver’s license • Experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor • Solid communication and team leadership skills • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects • Willingness for 24/15 on-call rotational schedule
