EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!

The Role: EFW Receptionists are responsible for completing the patient registration process efficiently and effectively, while providing an exceptional patient experience to all patients entering an EFW site.

Reporting to: Clinic Support Supervisor

Role Overview:

Warmly greet patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.

Monitor patient waiting room dynamics, ensuring timely communication about wait times and relevant information.

Adhere to privacy policies, safeguarding personal and health information.

Efficiently complete patient registration, recording accurate personal details.

Maintain patient records in the RIS system.

Respond professionally to patient inquiries in person or over the phone.

Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

Coordinate workflow for technical staff.

Manage clinic equipment and supplies.

Undertake additional duties as assigned.

You have the following:

Completion of Medical Office Assistant Diploma Program preferred.

Previous healthcare environment experience is an asset.

Compassionate patient care and conflict resolution skills.





Excellent communication and listening skills.

Motivated self-starter, both independent and team-oriented.

Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Accurate work in a busy reception setting.

Effective time management.

Attention to detail in an open waiting room.

Quickly learn and use computer programs .

Schedule/Location: Must be able to work at any EFW location and provide own transportation. Clinic rotations including daytime, evening, and/or Saturday shifts as required.
