We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team!ResponsibilitiesSetting Objectives and Communicating them to EmployeesOrganizing Workflow, Overseeing and Coaching EmployeesOperating Packaging and Filling EquipmentEnsure the Safe use of Equipment and Schedule Regular MaintenanceCheck production Output and Submit Reports on Performance and ProgressIdentify issues in Efficiency and Suggest ImprovementsTrain New employees on GMP and follow production proceduresUnderstand and Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) SystemsEnforce Strict Safety and Quality Guidelines that meet Company StandardsMaintain Production Records ensuring Accuracy and Validity of InformationMonitor level of Supplies and handle ShortagesMaintain Trusting Relationships with Suppliers,
