Key Responsibilities:



• Gather and document user requirements for recent systems • Analyze processes to identify improvements • Manage stakeholder communications and engagement • Execute Quality Assurance Testing activities successfully • Create and maintain essential PMO project artifacts

Requirements: • 5-7 years in business or product analysis • Strong documentation and reporting skills • Experience with Quality Assurance Testing methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project tools like Jira • Bachelor's in business or IT; certification in business analysis is a plus
