It is a leader in bulk commodity hauling, reload operations, freight management, logistics, consulting, and technology with operations throughout Canada and the U.S.Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities across multiple crews or work areasPlan work activities and ensure materials, equipment, labour, and subcontractors are available when neededRead and interpret drawings and specifications to plan work and provide clear instructions to forepersons and crewsMaintain responsibility for safety, quality, and environmental performance on siteEnsure compliance with safety policies, environmental requirements, company protocols, and established metricsIdentify hazards and ensure appropriate controls are implementedCoordinate material ordering, deliveries, and site logisticsMaintain daily site records, including crew and equipment time,
material receiving, production tracking, and summaries of work completedSupport crew development, training, and performance managementLead from the front line by being present in the field and engaged with crewsProvide internal and external customer service excellence, including coordination with subcontractors and stakeholdersStep in on the tools or equipment when coverage or operational support is requiredPerform other duties as assigned by the SuperintendentQualifications Minimum 5 years of civil construction industry experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacityProficient knowledge of road and underground utility construction techniques, materials, and suppliesValid Class 5 Driver's Licence with reliable transportationPhysically fit; able to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, extreme heat, wind, and sub‐freezing temperaturesExperience with Heavy Job Time Reporting considered an assetComputer experience (e.G., job reporting, email, spreadsheets) considered an assetStrong safety mindset with a quality‐focused approach and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work wellin a diverse team environmentAble to work independently while managing daily schedules and shifting prioritiesStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and problem‐solving capabilityDependable, accountable, and responsibleThe embodiment of Arrow's Core Values—Safety, Quality, Integrity, Responsibility, Teamwork, and FunArrow has been recognized as a Top Fleet Employer of Distinction, a SmartWay Transport Partner, a BCTA Clean Carrier, a BC Hydro Clean Energy Champion, and as a Carrier of Excellence in Women's Leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
