This role at Kinark involves joining an interprofessional team dedicated to providing specialized mental health services to adolescents with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy • Complete clinical risk assessments for high-risk behaviours • Collaborate with an interprofessional treatment team • Liaise with community agencies for service coordination

Requirements: • MSW required with OCSWSSW registration eligibility • Minimum 2 years in children's mental health • Expertise in therapy and counselling methods • Experience in residential treatment settings • Solid communication and clinical skills
