• Verify and process transaction requests accurately • Translate advisor documentation reflecting client needs • Take client calls and resolve their concerns promptly • Provide guidance on client issues to management • Monitor for non-compliant transactions and report them

Requirements: • At least 1 year in the investment field • Completed post-secondary education in relevant disciplines • Basic knowledge of industry regulations and insurance • Mutual Fund Licence or in progress • Branch Compliance Manager designation is advantageous
