As part of the Allied Health Team, you will primarily serve residents at permanent supportive housing facilities. The Registered Nurse will conduct screenings, assess health conditions, and provide comprehensive medical care under college guidelines. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide cooperative care for clients with trauma and chronic conditions • Screen and assess patients using specified tools • Conduct in-person and virtual primary care visits • Liaise with healthcare professionals about client needs • Engage in community health programs and initiatives

Requirements: • Baccalaureate in Nursing required • Current College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate • 2-5 years’ nursing experience in diverse settings • Knowledge of social determinants of health • Proficient with electronic medical records
