In this role, directly reporting to the Distribution Operations Manager, you will contribute to various operational initiatives tied to facilities, inventory, and vendor contracts. Your solid analytical skills will help drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the Health and Safety Program and project budgeting. Some travel across Canada—and rarely to the US—may be part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:



• Track lease costs within the lease database • Monitor and manage project tasks and timelines • Maintain crucial service contracts and agreements • Prepare reporting and documentation for management • Support the physical inventory process and related reports

Requirements: • Post-secondary education required • 3+ years in admin or coordinator roles preferred • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus • Excellent communication capability for stakeholders • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
