Key Responsibilities: • Plan daily menus considering dietary restrictions • Manage food inventory, ordering,



and logistics • Maintain high food safety standards per NL regulations • Supervise kitchen assistants and cook staff • Control food costs and minimize waste in camp

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook • Red Seal certification or equivalent experience is a plus • Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain • Robust organizational skills for inventory and menu planning • Ability to adapt in a remote wilderness setting
