Become a vital part of the South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre as a Program Assistant at the Hunt Club site. Provide exceptional administrative support and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
This full-time role reports to the Community Services Coordinator and emphasizes the importance of equity and social justice. You will manage front desk operations, assist with program data, and support community events. Your efforts will facilitate crucial services for residents facing inequities.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the Coordinator and staff with administrative tasks • Welcome clients in person and via phone • Maintain and update the Calendar of Events • Input data and produce client reports promptly • Help organize events, including logistics and refreshments
Requirements: • Completed post-secondary training in administration or similar • Robust customer service and communication abilities • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database management • Bilingual skills, particularly in French, are preferable • Experience working with diverse communities
