As a full time Shelter Supervisor, you will report directly to the Shelter Manager, overseeing various emergency and winter shelter sites. This role requires excellent leadership, empathy, and a commitment to building positive relationships with guests and team members. Your role is pivotal in ensuring safe, respectful interactions and addressing needs with compassion.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise and guide shelter teams during assigned shifts • Build and maintain trusted relationships with community members • Implement housing-first programming for guest engagement • Ensure confidentiality and security of client records • Train and mentor shelter staff to uphold organizational values

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in social science or Human Services • Minimum 2 years in mental health, addictions, or homelessness • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably non-profit • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
