UFA is seeking a Sr. Fertilizer Operations & Maintenance Operator to support secure, reliable plant and fleet operations at the Ponoka facility. This hands-on role covers equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and seasonal application support within a busy agricultural co‑operative. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee maintenance of fertilizer facility equipment, loaders, conveyors and trucks, while maintaining records and coordinating repairs.
