The Mustard Seed in Red Deer is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to onboard and maintain volunteers for programs and initiatives. You will recruit, train, onboard and retain volunteers across the Red Deer space, collaborating with churches, businesses and schools. This fixed-term contract runs Sept 2026–Sept 2027 with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will report to the Community and Volunteer Engagement Manager and support program staff during events and busy periods.
