you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-visibility, complex initiatives that directly impact our clients guests and operational teams. You will own everything from project inception to operational handover, ensuring all deliverables align with department KPIs and ’s annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Key Deliverables In your first 12–18 months, you will take the flight controls on several critical workstreams, including: Unified Guest Data & Consent Management: Define requirements and successfully execute the Terms and Conditions framework for our primary guest data initiative. ServiceNow Knowledge Platform: Drive the successful launch of an MVP on the ServiceNow Knowledge platform to streamline internal operations.
