Position Description: Assist carpenters with both exterior and interior construction, including moving materials and equipment, assisting with cutting, joining and installation of materials, and jobsite cleanup.

Duties may include:

Moving materials, tools, equipment

Carpentry, rough

Assist with finished carpentry

Insulation

Concrete mixing and pouring

Job site cleanup

Work Hours: Hours will depend on company workload,



jobsite requirements, and attitude and skill level of the carpenter apprentice. We endeavour to provide full time hours but cannot guarantee them.

Education/Experience: Completion of college education in construction or one year work experience in construction environment if beneficial, but not required. Some on-the-job training will be provided.

Transportation: Projects are located throughout the Greater Toronto Area, often in areas with limited public transit access. A reliable motor vehicle is highly recommended.

Tools: Must have own safety equipment and basic tools (pouch, hammer, etc.)
