We're seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead various concrete construction efforts at Firma Concrete. Your role will involve overseeing project teams, coordinating schedules, and managing resources. A commitment to quality control and safety is essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee concrete projects from start to finish on site • Direct and manage crews, including carpenters and subcontractors • Coordinate manpower, materials, and construction schedules • Perform site inspections and uphold quality control • Develop and mentor field supervisors and labor crews

Requirements: • At least 5 years of concrete supervision experience • Background in civil, commercial, or industrial concrete work • Solid organizational and planning capabilities • Ability to interpret project drawings and specifications • Class 5 Driver's License required
