As an HVAC Technician, you will report to the Field Manager and play a vital role in our Home Services Operations. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assessing equipment needs, and promoting Enercare products. With a focus on efficiency, you will ensure all diagnostic and repair work is performed to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high customer service excellence • Sustain customer satisfaction in Home Services • Complete diagnostic and repair work efficiently • Advise customers on equipment repair or replacement • Promote Enercare Home Services products
Requirements: • Valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license • Valid 313D Air Conditioning license • Minimum 5 years HVAC field experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Physically able to perform heavy lifting
