Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing inventory counts
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available for all new team members
