Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Wash Dry Fold attendant. This role involves providing exceptional laundry cleaning services in a relaxed laundromat setting, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the cleanliness of our facility. Prior experience in hotel services, laundry, or general cleaning is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position offers an opportunity for an individual to build and develop their own customer base and run the Wash Dry Fold as their own business
Duties
Operate laundromat wash equipment efficiently to clean laundry thoroughly
Assist customers with laundry , ensuring a smooth process
Maintain cleanliness of the facility
Handle laundry or cleaning tasks as needed for facility upkeep
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns politely and professionally
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working workplace
Skills
Previous hotel experience, laundry, or cleaning background is advantageous but not required
Ability to manage wash assets and supplies
Self motivated individual to gain extra wash dry fold customers
Good communication skills for interacting with customers to build client base
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
