Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Manager with experience to oversee daily operations in our busy restaurant. Main role is to make pizzas serve customer, The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service during all shifts. The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Making pizzas and serving customers
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to promote a productive work environment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
Handle customer service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Enforce restaurant policies and procedures consistently across shifts
Support team members in food service, serving, and hospitality duties as necessary
Lead by example to motivate staff and uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence
Experience
Previous experience in a pizza Industry is necessary
Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Background in restaurant management or leadership roles within the food industry
Solid customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience with food handling regulations and hospitality best practices
Barista experience is a plus for roles involving beverage service
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments
Previous experience working in restaurants or similar food industry establishments is highly desirable
