We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Aluminum Windows & Doors Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, meeting with customers, understanding their needs, providing product recommendations, preparing quotations, and closing sales for aluminum windows, doors, and related products.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent sales opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and customer outreach.
Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their window and door requirements.
Explain product features, materials, styles, energy efficiency, pricing, and installation options.
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and measurements.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain robust customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and terms while meeting company sales targets.
Coordinate with installers, production staff, and management to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, quotes, orders, and sales activities.
Stay up to date on aluminum window and door products, industry trends, and competitors.




Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in windows, doors, construction, renovation, or building materials.
Knowledge of aluminum windows and doors is an asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
Ability to build relationships and generate new business.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and ability to prepare quotes and communicate by email.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
Ability to travel to customer locations when required.
