Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in payroll or human resources in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will support payroll data entry, employee attendance records, and general HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and verify employee timekeeping data and submit for payroll processing
Enter and update employee data in payroll and HR systems (e.g., ADP, punch clock software)
Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation, ID issuance, and scheduling
Maintain accurate records of absences, vacation,



sick leave, and justifications
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, time tracking, and HR policies
Support HR in generating reports, tracking contracts, and maintaining personnel files
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information

Qualifications
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
1 year of administrative or HR/payroll support experience
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP) and Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
Ability to work in a quick-paced and multicultural setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
