Duties
Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload items using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper heavy lifting procedures
Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and document all transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition




Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including moving stock and organizing inventory

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating large vehicles
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable; certification is a plus
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Prior warehouse experience preferred for understanding inventory handling and moving goods within storage facilities
Knowledge of safety protocols related to moving heavy items and operating machinery
Excellent time management skills to ensure punctual deliveries and route adherence
