Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
Utilize analysis skills to identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to service processes.




Communicate effectively using proper phone etiquette and active listening techniques.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable.
Demonstrated data entry proficiency with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends or issues.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve diverse customer bases.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
