We are a busy retailer of Fireplaces and Barbecues seeking a customer service personnel for our Dufferin and Lawrence showroom.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering, friendly, and courteous customer service in person, over the phone and digitally.
You will obtain Product knowledge and will be collecting client information, handling calls, processing point of sale transactions, estimating and providing suggestions on Design and installation. Scheduling and follow ups will be part of the position.

-Candidate must be Fluent in English, need to possess excellent grammar skills, along with customer service skills as you will be dealing with professionals.

-Exceptional organization, competent computer skills and a willingness and passionate to learn is needed.





-Committed to helping maintain a clean and attractive showroom
Able to serve both consumers and qualified builders with confidence and professionalism

-MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE
