Busy and friendly automotive repair shop in Toronto is looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk Support person to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers
Answering phones
Assisting with paperwork and payment processing
Scheduling appointments
Basic computer data entry
Supporting daily front counter operations
Maintaining a qualified and friendly customer experience

Some automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is:

Intermediate computer skills

Willing to learn.

The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
