Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
Monitor and record vital signs of patients
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and secure setting
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if necessary
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare specialists

Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or nursing is preferred
Knowledge of senior care and patient care practices
Familiarity with home care and nursing home settings
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Experience in dementia care is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately
