Sofina Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Agribusiness Performance to report to the Chief Agribusiness Officer. You'll support strategic goals by improving key data metrics, enhancing grower relationships, and overseeing the 5-year capacity plan.
This role requires collaboration across multiple facilities, focusing on adopting data-driven decisions and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives across 13 processing plants and 4 hatcheries
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for tracking progress
Enhance reporting tools for improved decision-making
Identify cost-saving prospects to maintain competitive edge
Drive collaboration among operations, finance, and engineering
Requirements:
BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, or related field
Over 7 years in manufacturing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods
Proven business acumen and decision-making skills
Advanced ERP system experience
Proficient in Power BI analytics and spreadsheet modeling
Support key agribusiness initiatives and drive performance while working with a dedicated team at Sofina Foods.
