WJR Window Cleaning & Property Solutions is seeking experienced Hi-Rise Rope Access Technicians to join our team. This role involves a variety of exterior building maintenance and repair services at heights.
Responsibilities
Hi-rise window cleaning
Waterproofing and re-glazing
Balcony repairs and maintenance
Building inspections
Light installations
Completion of various hi-rise service and maintenance work orders
Requirements
Proven experience in rope access / hi-rise work
IRATA or SPRAT certification (preferred)
Solid understanding of safety procedures and fall protection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, qualified,
and detail-oriented
