Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in working with children and families and be able to provide detailed note taking on each session. As a Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with each family member while providing a safe, positive environment for children to spend time with their parent.

Our Family Time Coach role is central to our Family Time Program. We believe that children do best with a continued relationship to their parents as they grow and we provide the prospect for that to happen safely.

Responsibilities and Duties

Seeking People to Supervise access between children and non custodial family members. You are responsible for spending time with these families in their homes, or the community and documenting the interactions. While watching for safety of everyone involved you must have the confidence and relationship skills to direct and end the visit if necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

Seeking people with;

Human Services Degree





Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Excellent Relationship Building Skills

Conflict Resolution Skills

1 year experience with Children and Families

Clean Police Records Check

Clean Child Welfare Check
